Your grievance shall be thoroughly investigated and a reply will be sent to you within 7 working days.
Upon receipt of the reply if you are still dissatisfied with the results of the investigation, your complaint shall be re-assessed by one of the Managing Directors, Alexander Mitchell or Carolyn Williams and a final written reply shall be sent to you within 7 working days.
